What should I compare before choosing a bundle instead of individual options?

Check whether a promotion applies differently to bundled selections. A bundle's marketing name may not explain its complete scope.

How should I interpret an average product rating?

Distinguish product comments from complaints about unrelated order handling. Look for changes in the product description since older reviews.

What should I expect when contacting support outside its published hours?

Use the documented contact channel for your type of request. Do not assume a deadline is extended because support is closed.
