General Terms and Conditions
There are two-time slots available every day. Both time slots can be booked, if available.
Note that both slots can be reserved at 50% over a single slot, if available.
There are additional charges for the event planner/decorator to come in and decorate outside the booked time slot. Please contact the temple office for any extra time needed.
Any cancellations for the community hall must be made two weeks prior to the event otherwise rental fees will be forfeited. Only the security deposit will be returned.
Security deposits will be refunded in 4 weeks after the event if everything is in order.
Keys will be available on the day of the event. The keys can be made available on the previous day, provided there is no scheduled event on that day.
Provide layout for tables and chairs, if special arrangement is required. We will try to accommodate, when possible.
Non-vegetarian foods are not permitted in the temple premises.
Solicitation and collection of funds for any organization other than Hindu Jain Temple are not permitted in temple premises.
After the event, please close all windows, lock all the doors and turn off all the lights.
Leave the key in the designated area if the event runs after the temple is closed, otherwise return the key to the priest.
Community Hall premises must be vacated before 12.00 midnight.
